Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as checks and money orders. Our online store accepts only credit cards but you can also use our fax form available online or you can place an order by calling our office (800) 765-0561 #143 or (925) 942-9400 ext.146.

Checks and money orders should be made out to: “St. Bernie’s Press” and sent to: Strategic Asset Management Group, Att: Jeanette, 1333 N. California Blvd., Suite 325, Walnut Creek, CA 94596-4529. 

If you are using a money order or check, we will ship your order when your payment clears our bank, which is upon receipt. You can also email us the title of the book you wish to purchase and we’ll hold it for seven (7) days pending payment.  California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.    

Shipping Rates
Books are shipped priority USPS within 2 working days.  Within the Continental U.S., rates are $5.00 per book. Outside the Continental U.S. (Canada, Hawaii and Alaska), rates are $7.00 per book. We can ship other methods at your request.  For bulk orders, please call our office to discuss discount rates.

Insurance
Insurance is extra at customer’s request: $1.30 per $50.00 value.

Returns
Books may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days with a copy of your invoice/receipt, in “as new condition” for full refund minus postage. The customer will be responsible for return postage.  Please return all books USPS priority. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

Damages
Strategic Asset Management Group is not responsible for lost or damaged books during shipping. Therefore if you are concerned about this possibility please provide for insurance as indicated above.

Cancellations
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. In those situations, you may return the order within 30 days from date of shipment; see our “Returns Policy” for full details.
